AI Policy

1. Definitions. “AI-generated media” means any image, video, audio, or text created or materially altered by artificial intelligence, including deepfakes and synthetic likenesses.

2. Disclaimer of Responsibility and Endorsement. I am not responsible for, and do not endorse, any AI-generated media that depicts me or any member of my family, or that shows or attributes to us any actions, statements, or events, except as provided in Section 3.

3. Exception for My Own Accounts. The sole exception to Section 2 is AI-generated media that I personally created and posted on my own social media accounts, or that I expressly state I approve of in my own words. Likes, reposts, shares, and links of other people’s content are not approval.

4. Reporting and Contact. If you are unsure whether something is real or approved, check my own accounts or Contact Me. If you find unauthorized AI-generated media of me or my family, please report it through Contact Me. I may request its removal from the platforms where it appears.
